I’m Susan Hodgson, owner of Family Fitness. I’m passionate about keeping families healthy. I champion and provide free, fun ways to exercise in a small space at home or outside but am less able to do the same for eating healthily.

Therefore I like to fundraise for Feeding Britain as they do incredible work helping provide for and support families who struggle to afford even the basics. Amongst many incredible projects Feeding Britain has distributed 1.6 million meals to vulnerable people and families on low incomes since the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic.
