Sustainability at Sheffield Station

Over the last few years, RG and SSP have transitioned to becoming more sustainable. The sustainability framework for SSP and RG ensures that customers are served responsibly, colleagues and communities are supported and protected, and this includes the environment as well. SSP and RG have made great strides in becoming more sustainable, working to have a positive impact on the food travel network.
We are hosting a pubic engagement event for travellers passing through Sheffield Midland Station on Wednesday 17th April. This will consist of SSP and RG showing the public the steps taken to become more sustainable, speakers from both companies, a raffle and sustainable prizes to be won.
The fundraising throughout the day will go towards Feeding Britain. This is a charity we would like to sponsor because of the work done over the years by Feeding Britain, from providing over 100,000 children with healthy meals to helping many households through the Poverty programme rely less on food banks.
