Complaints & Feedback

We try very hard to make sure that everything we do is carried out with respect, honesty and to the highest quality. But we know that sometimes things can go wrong, and as a charity it’s really important that we are able to identify and deal with any issues. If you have concerns about any aspect of Feeding Britain’s work, please raise them with us immediately. Information on how to do so is below.

We will make sure that any issues are investigated, and escalated where necessary. If you are comfortable to provide your contact details, we will get in touch to inform you about the results of the investigation, and the action taken as a result.

If your feedback relates to the work of one of our regional partners, you can find the contact details of each of them here: Where we work

If you would prefer to contact Feeding Britain directly, or if your feedback relates to our national work, please contact the National Director on andrew.forsey@feedingbritain.org or 07951 821 304.

If you do not feel comfortable in raising your concerns with Feeding Britain staff or local pilots, you can contact our trustee board directly via trustees@feedingbritain.org

If you would like to leave anonymous feedback, please use the comments box on this form. If you would like us to respond to your feedback please include contact details.

You can also leave anonymous feedback by telephone on 02073 406 077.
